How do I reset my password in the parent communication app?
On the app's login screen, tap "Forgot Password." Enter your registered email address and you will receive a reset link. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact info@dormcircle.com.
Why am I not receiving notifications from the student hostel app?
Please ensure notifications for the DormCircle app are enabled in your phone's settings.
Android: Settings → Apps → DormCircle → Notifications → Allow
iPhone: Settings → Notifications → DormCircle → Allow Notifications → On
Also check that battery-saver mode is not restricting background app activity.

Who do I contact about an incorrect health log or attendance entry?
DormCircle is a hostel management software platform — we do not create the content of logs. For questions about a specific health log, attendance mark or report, contact your child's Warden or School Administrator directly. They can edit or correct any entry in the warden management system.
How do I refer my child's boarding school to DormCircle?
Email us at info@dormcircle.com with your school's name and the principal's contact — our Guwahati team will reach out directly. You can also share dormcircle.com/for-schools.

How do I upload a new health log in the hostel management software?
From your Warden Dashboard: select the student's profile → click "Health Updates" → choose "Add Log" → select log type, fill in details → click "Submit." The parent communication app sends an instant push notification to the parent.
How do I send a bulk announcement to all parents through the school management solution?
Navigate to the "Announcements" tab → click "+ New Announcement" → write your message → select the target audience (all parents, a specific house or grade) → click "Send." All selected parents receive an immediate push notification via the parent communication app.
Can I edit or delete a log I already posted in the warden management system?
Yes. Navigate to the student's profile, find the log and click the "Edit" or "Delete" icon. All edits are timestamped for audit purposes in the hostel management software. Parents are notified when a log is updated.
How do I add a new student to the hostel management software?
New students are added by your School Administrator from the Admin Dashboard. If a student is missing from your warden management system dashboard, contact your School Administrator or our support team.
